Next, fill out
your information and the music title information on the order form. Upon receipt, we will then review your order for titlecard availability and then contact you with the information for completing your request. With ROWE jukeboxes being the most common jukebox available, our default titlecard for the PRE-PRINTED ROWE FORMAT is CD-1P. |

| Next,
enter your information and the music title information in the Excel
Spreadsheet Order File. Please list the Artist with LAST NAME, FIRST NAME format. Groups, just list as is (ex. Steve Miller Band), CD Title, Catalogue Number (this will be the last 5 or 6 digits of the barcode found on back of the CD jewelcase). THIS WILL TO HELP EXPEDITE THE PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. After completing the form, you can then email the file to us. Upon receipt, we will then review your order for titlecard availability and then contact you with the information for completing your request. |
